Choose the account route before the coin

Start by selecting the balance currency the account should receive. Match asset and network exactly

A ticker does not identify a complete transfer route. Stablecoins can exist on several chains, and similarly named assets such as Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash use different networks. Select the network shown in the BitStarz cashier and ensure the sending wallet displays the same chain before approving the transaction.

Do not choose a cheaper network merely because the exchange offers it. Cross-chain transfers may not be processed and blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed. When the route uses a memo, destination tag or other secondary identifier, verify it independently from the address; omitting that field can prevent automatic account attribution.

Use a fresh cashier destination

Direct wallet and exchange connections
